We know you’re often planning for a specific Sunday or event, so we work hard to get your music to you as quickly as possible. Whether you choose physical CDs or instant downloads, here is what you can expect from our family business.

Shipping Your Order

USPS Shipping

We ship all CDs and USB thumb drives via the US Postal Service (USPS). We usually have orders packaged and on their way to you by the very next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • First Class: 5-7 business days
  • Media Mail: 5-10 business days

Need it fast? If you have a deadline for an upcoming service, please give me a call at 616-681-1037. I’ll do my best to get it in the mail the same day.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with the music. You may return or cancel your order within 30 days for a full refund.

A simple process:

  • For Shipped Products: Simply return the items to the address on your packing list. (While we can't cover return postage, we'll refund the full purchase price once it arrives).
  • For Digital Downloads: We operate on a system of trust with our fellow musicians. If you need a refund, we simply ask that you delete the files and refrain from using them further.
