Q & A

Q: Which key range should I choose?

A: The High range are compatible with most hymnals and is most common for congregational singing. The low range is generally more comfortable for the elderly as it can be difficult for them to sing in the higher register.  But don't worry. Should you order the wrong range, just let us know and we'll replace it with the right range at no extra charge.

Q: How many verses does each hymn have?

A: It varies, but most have four. Each of our product descriptions show the titles, keys and number of verses.

Q: Can I use these for a congregation in a church service?

A: Yes. When a song is played, you'll hear the introduction followed by the verses of the hymn.  The recording is specifically accompaniment to sing along to.

Q: Are these hymns compatible with our hymnal?

A: Our hymns were not taken from a specific denominational hymnal, but are the same songs, arrangements in keys found in most hymnals including Baptist, Celebration and many others. There may be some slight differences, but to date, we have not received a return due to incompatibility with a customer's church hymnal.

Q: Can I download the MP3 files right to my iPad/iPhone?

A: Yes, however, our downloads are packaged into zip files, compatible with Windows computers. For iPhone or iPad you'll need either the iZip app or Goodreader for opening/extracting zip files. Those are free apps you can download from the Apple store.

Q:  Is your checkout system secure?

A:  Yes. We use tightest protocols in our checkout and payment processing.  We've never had a breach or a report of a fraudulent charge as a result of having purchased on our site.

Q:  What about Copyrights and Permissions?

A:  There are eight hymns in our collection that are under a publisher's copyright. We subscribe to a song licensing service which allows us to record and sell them.  We pay a per-copy sold fee to the publishers for a mechanical license.  Our recordings themselves are also covered under copyright laws. Making copies of our recordings for purposes outside your immediate ministry is prohibited. It is up to your ministry to keep your CCLI licenses updated.

Q:  I am not comfortable ordering on line.  Can I place my order over the phone?

A:  Of course.  Please call toll free 877-212-7789. We aren't staffed with phone support but leave a voice mail with your name and number and we will return your call as soon as we are able.

Q: I don't like using credit cards. Can I pay by check?

A: Yes, although payment by check isn't an available selection during checkout, you may select the payment option "Pay over phone" and then mail your check after calling us to get check payment instructions.

Q: What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

A: Call us toll free 877-212-7789 or use the Contact Us form. Your satisfaction is our goal and will do everything possible to resolve any issues.

Q: Can I return the product if it doesn't meet my needs?

A:  Certainly. If you wish to return your order for a refund, please do it within 30 days.

Q: Will you be making more hymns?

A: Yes. We're planning to have 275 hymns plus our 25 Christmas Hymns collection. 300 songs total.  We're working on Volume 7 and hope to have it ready by Summer, 2020.

Q: Do you have any praise choruses or contemporary worship songs? Will you be making any?

A: Not at this time.

Q: Are single song downloads available?

A: Yes, however, we haven't listed the individual songs as separate products because we're not sure if there is any interest in them.  You can order single songs by going to our Single Downloads page.

Q: Do you have any PowerPoint or Hymnal Booklets?

A: Not yet.  We will after we're finished recording the rest of our volumes. Let us know if you need these in the meantime, we may be able to help.
